Make sure you are eating right, tracking your calories, and getting correct amounts of protein, carbs, fat, vitamins and nutrients. Start to closely monitor your calorie intake including various food types.
You may want to try decreasing your daily intake by 100 calories. Try this for a week or two and see if it helps. Also try altering your meal time amounts by eating less in the morning or in the evening and smaller meals in the middle of the day.
If you have been eating a very low calorie amount you may have cause your body to slow down metabolism which will cause fat preservation. You actually may need to eat more to let you body know it is ok to no longer be in survival mode and to start losing weight again.
